Born in Guatemala, Myra moved to the U.S. when she was 12 and grew up in Elizabeth. She moved to Flanders before settling in Green Township 19 years ago, her obituary says.
Myra was a skilled IT security analyst and was the senior IT security analyst for Voya Financial most recently. She was passionate about fitness and living a healthy lifestyle, particularly Zumba, yoga and walking, her obituary says.
She also enjoyed traveling with her husband of 22 years, Jim Sedlak.
Myra is survived by her husband, daughter Elizabeth Sedlak, father Genaro Dieguez, five siblings and countless loved ones. She was preceded in death by her mother, Adelfa (Orozco) Dieguez.
Services were handled by the William J. Leber Funeral Home.
